At A+ Coaching (a DBA of Journey Online Tutoring), we are committed to providing high-quality educational support and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a two-week (14-day) money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us in writing at hammonsl@gmail.com within 14 days of your original purchase. Your request must include:

Refunds from A+ Organizational Academy will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of approval. If you purchased through your state’s education savings account or ClassWallet, please note that we do not control the timing of fund disbursement on their end.

No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period has passed.
