Terms and Conditions for A+ Organizational Academy

Welcome to A+ Organizational Academy ("Academy", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our courses, services, materials, and website.

A+ Organizational Academy is a DBA of Journey Online Tutoring.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  1. Services Offered
    A+ Organizational Academy provides online courses, coaching, and digital resources aimed at improving executive function, organization, and time management skills, especially for teens and young adults with ADHD.

  2. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian involved or give permission to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  3. Account Registration
    You may be required to create an account to access some services. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  4. Payments and Refunds
    All payments must be made in full before accessing paid courses or services. We offer a two-week money-back guarantee starting from the date of purchase. If no such policy is indicated for a particular product or service, sales are final.

  5. Course Access Duration
    All courses are accessible for 270 days (approximately one school year) after purchase.

  6. User Conduct
    You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Upload viruses or malicious code

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  1. Intellectual Property
    All content provided by A+ Organizational Academy is the property of the Academy or its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

  2. Disclaimers
    Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results. Our courses and coaching are for educational purposes and do not constitute medical or psychological treatment. We are not medical professionals, and our products and services are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical conditions.

  3. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, A+ Organizational Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

  4. Privacy

Coaching Policy – A+ Organizational Academy

We’re excited to support you through one-on-one and group coaching! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and follow the guidelines below:

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session. This helps us offer that time to another learner.

  • No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Group Sessions

  • Because group sessions depend on the presence and planning of multiple participants, we are unable to offer refunds for missed or canceled group sessions, regardless of notice.

Timeliness

  • Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a one-on-one session, it will be considered a missed appointment, and we will not be able to reschedule or refund it.
